拍摄于2021年重庆石灰石碎石制砂生产线建设现场，位于重庆市涪陵区珍溪镇，当地石灰岩矿石资源丰富，成品为机制砂等砂石骨料。该项目主要设备来自黎明重工，石灰石经由C5X颚式破碎机初破，2台CI5X大型反击式破碎机破碎，经圆振动筛筛分得到精品骨料，2022年4月一期项目建成投产，综合年产600万吨

破碎筛分系统
C5X颚式破碎机：作为粗碎设备，具有大进料尺寸、高破碎效率和低能耗的特点，确保石灰石的初步破碎质量。
CI5X反击式破碎机：采用渐开线型腔型设计和高精度重型转子，提升破碎效率和抗冲击能力，满足大产量需求。
圆振动筛：对破碎后的物料进行筛分，保证成品骨料的粒度均匀和级配合理。


生产工艺优化
采用“两段破碎+筛分”工艺，结合干法生产，减少粉尘排放和水资源消耗。
设备配置紧凑，自动化程度高，实现生产过程的在线监测和精准控制。
