超30亿吨远景储量的底气

承德市滦平县矿产资源丰富，尤其以超贫钒钛磁铁矿著称。据公开数据显示，该县已探明的超贫钒钛磁铁矿保有储量达8.98亿吨，远景储量更是高达30亿吨。这一得天独厚的资源禀赋，为大型矿产项目落地提供了坚实的原料基础。

承德大唐矿业投资新建了该年产300万吨的铁矿石破碎项目，致力于将本地资源优势转化为产业优势。

核心装备：好的稳定的“黄金组合”

项目的核心竞争力，很大程度上取决于核心破碎设备的选型与配置。该项目主机设备全部采购自世邦工业科技集团，采用了“颚破+圆锥破”的经典组合：

    一台PE1200×1500颚式破碎机：作为粗破阶段的核心设备，它凭借大进料口和坚固的机架结构，能够稳定处理大块原矿，为后续细碎工序提供稳定料源。

    三台弹簧圆锥破碎机：包括一台CSB400中型圆锥破和两台CSD400短头型圆锥破，共同承担中细碎任务。弹簧圆锥破碎机以其成熟的层压破碎原理，在承德地区硬质铁矿石的破碎中表现优异，成品粒型好、级配合理。
 
 筛分系统
采用圆振动筛对破碎后的物料进行筛分，10mm以下物料直接进入干选，10-40mm物料返回细碎机，40mm以上物料返回中碎机。
智能控制系统
配备远程监控系统，实时监测设备运行状态，实现自动化生产管理。

设备性能
采用世邦集团的高性能破碎机，处理能力大、破碎比高、耐磨件寿命长。
弹簧圆锥破碎机通过优化偏心距和摆动频率，实现了好的细碎和低能耗。
三段一闭路工艺减少了物料循环量，提高了生产效率。
