新疆有色锂矿石破碎选矿项目位于新疆和田市和田县,主要锂矿石为锂辉石、锂云母,脉石矿物为石英和长石,为了降低0-6mm成品中,0.5mm以下物料占比,
并综合后续选矿工艺要求,黎明重工更多使用冲击式破碎机代替高压辊磨机方案,代客户做来料加工试验结果表明,冲击式破碎机比高压辊磨机破碎产生的0.5mm以下产品含量降低43%左右。最终0.5-6mm成品进行两段重介质选矿,得到精矿、中矿及尾矿三种产品。
2025年2月,该项目投料试车成功,好的批合格锂精矿品位达到5.0%,该项目采用了好的的重介质选矿工艺,选矿成本降低约40%,每年将能产出60万吨锂精矿。
设备用途:用于超细碎,为重介质选矿提供合格粒度的原料。
矿石性质:属于花岗伟晶岩类锂矿石,主要锂矿石为锂矿石、锂云母,其中锂辉石含量约21.6%,锂云母含量约4.98%;主要脉石矿物为石英和长石,其中石英含量约28.26%,长石含量约43.09%,矿石密度:2.62t/m³。
破碎工艺:采用四段二闭路工艺流程,其中粗碎设在采场,矿石粗碎后转运至选矿厂粗矿仓,进行中碎、细碎和超细碎,中碎采用圆锥破碎机,超细碎采用冲击式破碎机。最终产品为-6mm(其中-0.5mm含量尽可能少)。原则工艺流程见图1.
立轴冲击破设计通过量:2403t/h(破碎系统新给料量为890t/h,冲击破最大循环负荷约为270%)。
给料方式:立轴冲击破采用皮带给料机给料,给料粒度(6-30)mm。
产品要求:最终破碎产品粒度-6mm,且产品中-0.5mm粒度含量尽可能少。
考虑到冲击破的检修强度,需要考虑一定的备用率,建议备用率≥30%。
安装地点:该项目选矿厂的中细碎厂房室内(地面海拔4602m),正常工业采暖,矿区地形陡峻。
该项目和田县管辖,位于和田县城,地势总体南高北低,海拔多在4500m以上,最高海拔6260m,最低海拔4481m,相对高差300m~1200m。项目属于锂铍稀有多金属矿,含锂矿物以锂辉石为主,其次为含锂白云母,钽铌矿物主要是钽铌铁矿。

工艺流程
原矿经三段一闭路破碎及立轴冲击破超细碎筛分后产品粒度为-6mm,原矿经湿筛分级后,0.5-6mm进行两段重介质选矿,得到精矿、中矿及尾矿三种产品,中矿经胶带给入磨机;-0.5mm经浓缩后泵送至磨矿排矿池,磨机排矿与旋流器形成闭路。系统新给料量:294.7t/h(含波动系数1.1),其中中矿比例约为73.6%,-0.5mm比例约为26.4%。
