缅甸时产120吨花岗岩混凝土制砂生产线
缅甸某企业为了配套混凝土生产，选择世邦工业K系列移动破碎站，加工花岗岩，综合时产120吨左右。花岗岩由颚破移动站上的振动给料机给料进入PE600*900颚式破碎机进行初破，经1860振动筛筛分后部分物料进入HPC220圆锥破移动站破碎筛分得到4种成品骨料。移动破碎站配置灵活，投入成本低；工程周期短，地基建设少，方便后期转移。
工艺流程
原料先通过YG938E69移动设备上的震动给料机进入PE69进行初级破碎，经过初级加工后的物料通过皮带机传送到第二台移动设备Y3S1860HPC220，同前列条皮带机先输送物料到Y3S1860进行初级筛分，较大的物料用HPC220圆锥破进行二级破碎，用皮带机把破碎后的物料输送到皮带机上，再由皮带机输送到筛子上继续筛分出成品料。
