该项目位于山东平度，依托当地丰富的花岗岩资源，采用黎明重工科技与世邦集团联合设计的全封闭环保生产线，实现花岗岩尾矿的好的回收利用。

山东时产800吨碎石制砂生产线山东青岛时产800吨砂石加工项目，采用标准化设计、模块化布置。配备污水处理系统，循环利用水洗制砂，产出高品质机制砂。该碎石制砂生产线，加工物料为废弃花岗岩尾矿尾料，通过给料机将石块送入PE1200×1500颚式破碎机粗碎，后经HST315单缸液压圆锥破碎机和两台HPT多缸液压圆锥破碎机中细碎，两台VSI6X立轴冲击式破碎机整形制砂。整条生产线配置六台振动筛筛分处理，产出建设用碎石、机制砂等高附加值建筑材料。
花岗岩制砂生产线设计方案（二）制砂、洗砂工艺部分整型制砂采用立轴冲击式破碎机，经过振动筛筛分的不同规格料送往成品料仓，0-5mm机制砂经过洗砂机和脱水筛处理后，送往成品砂堆。污水重复利用不外排，压缩泥饼可作为制砖厂的原料。
时产300吨花岗岩板材尾料破碎制砂生产线，采用颚破+单缸圆锥+立轴冲击破三级破碎制砂工艺。
智能控制配备物联网监控系统，实时监测设备运行参数，自动调节生产节奏，降低人工干预。
生产规模与效益
产能：综合时产800吨，年处理花岗岩尾矿超600万吨。
成品质量：成品砂粒型圆润、级配连续，符合混凝土用砂国家标准。
