二、硬岩破碎技术突破，全流程方案彰显实力
生产线采用黎明重工"颚破+圆锥破+立轴冲击破"的经典三段式配置，针对高原特性进行了专项技术升级：
粗碎环节 PE750*1060颚式破碎机采用重型化转子与液压调整装置，破碎比达6:1，轻松处理粒径600mm以下的块状弃渣，并通过"曲面齿板"设计降低能耗；
中细碎环节 HPT300多缸液压圆锥破应用层压破碎原理，配备智能控制系统实时调节排料口，使中间品针片状含量低于8%，为制砂工序奠定基础；
整形制砂环节 VSI6X1150制砂机通过"石打石+石打铁"复合模式，成品砂细度模数可精准调控，石粉含量稳定控制在7%-10%区间。
