该项目的工艺流程主要分为以下几个阶段：
预处理阶段原料（石灰石）通过振动给料机均匀输送，避免堵料或过载，为后续破碎做好准备。

破碎阶段
粗碎：采用C6X125颚式破碎机，处理大粒径石灰石，破碎比高，抗压强度可达320MPa。
中碎和细碎：使用CI5X1524反击式破碎机和VSI6X1150制砂机，进一步破碎和整形，确保成品砂石骨料的粒型和粒度符合要求。

筛分阶段破碎后的物料通过振动筛进行分级筛选，分离出不同粒径的砂石，不符合粒度要求的物料返回制砂机进行再加工，形成闭路循环，保证产品粒度均匀。

制砂和整形阶段冲击式制砂机（VSI6X1150）通过“石打石”或“石打铁”原理，将石料加工成0-5mm的机制砂，并对砂粒进行整形，提升粒型质量。

清洗和脱水阶段成品砂通过洗砂机清洗，去除泥土和杂质，提高砂的纯度和质量，清洗后的砂再通过脱水筛脱水，降低含水率。

成品储存和运输脱水后的成品砂通过皮带输送机输送至成品料堆，等待港口船运外销，主要销往苏北地区。
